This is a 100% commission based role and our commission splits are designed to reward successful agents.

Responsibilities

  • Accomplishing daily high outbound call targets to develop new client relationships and to follow up on existing ones
  • Weekly in-person meetings with clients to further relationships and present comprehensive market data and property evaluations
  • Negotiating listing and purchase agreements
  • Active marketing of listings
  • Build advisory long-term relationships with clients vs transactional mindset

We are seeking individuals who are hungry and coachable, that will thrive in a team setting of high performers. The Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales Agent will become a member of our growing, elite investment sales team and be working closely with the team leader.

This is an exclusive opportunity as we are only looking for 1-2 candidates currently since we are committed to dedicating our time and energy towards accelerating your earnings and success.
